12/16/21 THE REAL DANGER OF THE END TIMES

Luke 21:7-8
7 And they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass?
8 And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.

Plagues, famines, wars, storms, fires, floods, increase in the end times, but there is something even worse, something more damaging, something more widespread, something more sinister. DEMONIC DELUSION.

This delusion is seen in every area of life; politics, education, health care, economics, jurisprudence, law enforcement, social order, ethics, religion in general, and even (and I should say especially) in Christianity.
Eastern Mysticism, New Age Philosophy, demonic practices, Pagan ritual, enforced Statism, selfism, dead Ritualism, Legalism, Libertinism, are some of the aberrations that will flood into Christendom. This is the result of abandoning God and His word, along with abandoning the love relationship that God wants to have with us, through the salvation of Christ.

It is time to draw near to God, to hide His word in our hearts, to narrow ourselves to Jesus. The attack is intensifying, the falling away is multiplying, the darkness is thickening. Faith and faithfulness are at a premium and Satan is hitting believers with every deception he can.
2 Timothy 3:1-7
1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
