12/10/21 WE ARE MORE THAN A MERE EARTHLY CREATURE

When it comes to "fixing" the inner man or anything else, there are major differences to keep in mind, between the human condition and the condition of anything else.

The inner man is a spiritual, not an earthly, material entity.
God is the Creator, Redeemer, Sustainer of the inner man.
Only God can Redeem and Sustain the inner man's spiritual well being and condition.
Soul work, spiritual work is a miraculous activity performed by God alone.

Though there are technical, theological terms, which accurately and authoritatively apply to this discussion, I chose to use more mundane, familiar terms to communicate the one idea that it takes a miraculous intervention of God to meet the spiritual needs of people.

The following terms are not intended to be understood as technical terms, concerning God's redemptive, salvific, transforming work in the "inner man," however, these are terms that convey the idea of God's"overhauling" or "restoring" or "repairing" or "tuning up" or "updating" or "upgrading" or "tweaking" or "renewing" of man's spiritual condition.

Since man's spiritual well being is dependent on God, it is important to realize that our spiritual condition is not the outcome of a man-made formula or the result of human endeavor. It is a result of a faith relationship with Jesus Christ and His word. Though God can convey His truths to people in various ways, His preferred and historical method is through Biblical revelation and Spirit led ministry. Not only are these His preferred ways to communicate His will and His way to men, it is His most perfect way. God may use a donkey to communicate His truth, but His chosen vessels today are Christ following, Bible believing, Holy Spirit filled, God called and trained messengers of His word.

If we need well trained people to make our machinery, electronics, physical bodies, human plans to succeed, then HOW MUCH MORE do we need God's service plan to align us with His will? We don't need more and we don't need less than the Bible prescribes for us.
