12/11/21 HERE IS A SOBERING THOUGHT

According to SINNING RELIGION:
in spite of all of God's commands, instructions, leading, counsel,
And in spite of all God's provision, power, authority,
And in spite of all of the prayers that God has stirred within believers, and all of the messages preached by God's messengers, And all of the warnings and judgments and prophecies God has given to humans,
Still (according to SINNING RELIGION) no one has ever actually been delivered from sin,
Or delivered from sinning,
Or enabled to live a good life a godly life, a holy life, a righteous life, a pure life.
No one has ever yet obeyed God,
Or followed Christ fully,
Kept the law of God at any point in their salvation and they have not done that which is pleasing in God's sight,
They have not walked in the Spirit, walked in the light, been perfected in love or been conformed to the image of Jesus.

Of course, SINNING RELIGION does not believe the word of God. God's word actually does bear witness that these are not just pious platitudes, but living realities in the lives of those who are born again.

Don't align with those who doubt and deny the power of the Blood, the power of God's Word, and the power of the Holy Spirit to save His people from their sins, to redeem us from all iniquity and purify unto Himself a distinctive people, zealous of good works.

Titus 2:11-15
11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
15 These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.
