12/05/21 GOD'S WILL FOR ALL OF US

Paul's prayer for the believers at the Church in Philippi and God's will for all believers in every local congregation.

Philippians 1:9-11
9 And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment;
10 That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ;
11 Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.

WOW, WHAT AWESOME THOUGHTS.
God wants us to ABOUND, MORE AND MORE IN LOVE. Remember, God in His ABOUNDING LOVE redeemed us, restored us, regenerated us. God gave His best because He loved us. When we abound in love, we give our best, we sacrifice, we do unto others what we would have them do unto us.

God expects us to love KNOWINGLY. He wants us to love with understanding. Love is not only emotional, it is to be exercised with knowledge and judgment (understanding).

In exercising love with knowledge and wisdom, we are perfected and blameless in our walk with God, continuously, until Jesus returns.
In exercising love wisely, intelligently, and being perfected in our walk and blameless in our actions, we will be filled with the fruits of righteousness, from Christ, for Christ, through Christ, for the glory of God.
