12/03/21 THERE IS REASON TO THE RHYME

12/03/21 THERE IS REASON TO THE RHYME

There are many seeming contradictions to personal salvation, which the Holy Spirit can answer Biblically, if the unsaved ask the questions. Remember, God told us to REASON together, concerning salvation.

Likewise, there are many questions about the Spirit Filled Life, aka the Entirely Sanctified life, (the life of Perfect Love, the Deeper Life, the Life of Total Surrender, Life In the Spirit, the Life of Promised Rest, the Life of Blessed Quietness), which the Holy Spirit can answer Biblically, if Carnal Christians ask the questions.

The saved life is total improvement over the sinful life, and so too is the Spirit Filled, Sanctified Life an improvement over the life of Carnal Christianity.

LET US REASON TOGETHER (vs. 18 but read all)
Isaiah 1:16-21
16 Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil;
17 Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.
18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
19 If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:
20 But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.

BE READY TO GIVE A REASON (vs. 15 but read all)
1Pe 3:8-17
8 Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful (sympathetic, compassionate), be courteous:
9 Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.
10 For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:
11 Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.
12 For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.
13 And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good?
14 But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled;
15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:
16 Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.
17 For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.
