07/28/21 DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON IMITATIONS

Have you saved yourself or your country by your vote, your government, your politics, your Rights, your "privileges," your race, your education, your finances, your anger, your racism, your violence?

The answer is, "NO," to all of these questions.

You may ask if my Bible preaching, Bible study, Bible reading has saved America? NO, but if anyone, anywhere is going to be saved it will be through the proclamation of the Bible. Even when governments, parties and revolutions fail the people in a society, the Bible gives light, hope, strength, truth to the downtrodden. God's word has brought societies out of darkness, rescued fallen and failing societies from oppression, upheaval and overthrow.

But, "YES," I was saved by hearing and believing the Bible and I have seen many individuals, families and I know of communities and societies that have been saved because of the power of the Bible.

God's plan is not to save governments, social structures, races, financial institutions, systems of ethics. God's plan is to save lost people through faith in the atoning death and physical resurrection of Jesus, and He has done so in the past.

This world is lost and is not coming back to God. The believer's objective is to seek for the lost and throw them the lifeline of salvation so that they might be saved. Saving souls, not social structures, is the plan of God and the work of believers.

By the time most folks realize that our world, our society cannot and will not save anyone's soul, it will be too late to invest their lives for the cause of Christ. Sadly, they not only waste the time God gave them, they are withholding the only message that can save the lost.

Don't waste your life.
