07/03/21 GIVING IS A FAMILY TRAIT

DON'T GRASP, HORDE WHAT GOD GIVES TO YOU.
YOU ARE BLESSED IN ORDER TO BE A BLESSING.

Do your giving while your living,
Then you're knowing where it's going.

Christians should not have to struggle, suffer, strain needlessly when parents, grandparents have the ability to help them.

QUIT BEING A CHEAPSKATE, A SCROOGE.

Quit blaming your stinginess on "frugality," "good stewardship," "helping others learn through suffering."

We do not owe anything that God has blessed us with, to anyone who is living for self and this present evil world. We should do good (materially, financially) to others, especially those of the household of faith. Especially those who are serving God while suffering at the hands of an oppressive system.

1 John 3:16-18
16 Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.
17 But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?
18 My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.

If you have or know a needy Christian (family, friend, ministry), give till it feels good.

Give as unto the Lord (because it is).

It does no good to retrieve a drowned friend, when you could have rescued that person from drowning.

Don't take food to a wake if you allowed the person to die of hunger.

Do unto others what you would have them do unto you.

I have never understood any parent, especially a Christian parent of a Christian son or daughter, watch as their child worked hard and faithfully to provide for their family (though they could not move forward), while the parents or grandparents held tightly to their earthly stuff, excesses, toys, fading treasures.

Even worse is when a person spends what they have for personal comfort and pleasure, while a Christian child struggles in order to put food on the table and a roof over their own family.

SOME FOLKS SHOULD BE DEEPLY ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES AND THEY SHOULD REPENT.
