07/13/21 WHEN IT WAS NOT AS EASY

Years ago, our church started a Christian school with a nominal charge (I think it was $10 a month to help with supplies, based on the idea that folks are more invested in a project if they have a financial commitment), which we waived, if it was a problem for a family. Soon after our startup we dropped the fee altogether.

Did you read what I just said?

We started out with grades 1-11 (since there were no 12th graders applying).
Our entire administration, faculty and staff was voluntary.
AND, we received commendation from the State Department of Non-Public Education for our excellent teaching program.
Our tested students ranked above 90+% of the State students
AND students who were in the lower grade levels began to perform very well, even though some of them had been neglected and abandoned while they were in the public school system.

As pastor, I have encouraged all the families of our church to train up children in the way they should go. I have encouraged them to rescue their children from the God hating, Bible hating, family hating, Humanistic, Socialistic, pagan change agency, masquerading as education.

Training and protecting our children is our job, our opportunity.
Don't sacrifice them to the State.
