07/16/21 Psalms 139:14
14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

Before we were born, we were living marvels.
As new born babies and as infants, we are living marvels.
As growing adults, we are living marvels.
In our weakness, incapacity and vulnerability, we are living marvels.

We are Psycho/Physical Totalities.
We are Outer Man and Inner Man.
We are each a Trichotomy, a three part being.

Body (awareness of other physical realities),
Soul (awareness of self and that which is intangible).
Spirit (awareness of God and capacity to be in a right relationship with God).

We are Created (the soulish and spiritual inner man).
We are Made (the physical man).

We are not simply the PHYSICAL components (Seeing, Hearing, Smelling, Tasting and Touching),
We are not simply the SOULISH components of Reason, Desire, Emotion, Conscience and Will.
We also have a SPIRITUAL nature (ability to know God and love God).

Pre-born children are recipients of God's grace before they are born.
Infants and young children are born with spiritual, inner awareness and a God consciousness.
Yes, we are conceived in the likeness of our father Adam, but God has not left us to fate. He has enabled us from childhood to respond to good and evil.

While it is true that every person has sinned and every unconverted person will sin, it is also true that where sin did abound, grace did much more abound, and Jesus is the Savior of all men, especially of those who believe.

God's grace is sufficient for all sinners, but grace is not forced on willful sinners.
God's grace saves believers from sins committed and sin inherited.
God's grace saves believers from the penalty, pollution and power of sin in this present evil world.

Not only are we wonderfully and fearfully made physically, but soulishly and spiritually as well.
God designed us to be indwelt and led by His Spirit.
God enables us to love Him with the whole heart, mind, soul and strength.
God empowers us to keep His commandments and to do that which is pleasing in His sight.
All of His works are marvelous, and this I know because His word declares it and His Spirit bears witness to me and through me.

Psalms 48:1
1 ... Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness.
