07/04/21 A DAILY CALL TO WORSHIP AND SERVICE
THIS IS PRAISE WORTHY
Deliverance from violence, lying, perversion, infidelity, abuse,
addiction to drugs or gambling or pornography or corrupt communications.
THIS IS ALSO PRAISE WORTHY
Deliverance from anger, hatred, lust, greed, suspicion, bigotry,
slander, pride, fear, hypocrisy (pretense), division, blasphemy, gossip,
judgmentalism.
THIS TOO IS PRAISE WORTHY
Deliverance from loving this world, loving the things of this world,
loving the praise of men, loving carnal pleasures, fearing the reproach
of men, fearing loss of comfort, fearing the loss of human admiration
and position in this worldly society.
DIVINE DELIVERANCE IS NOT INTENDED TO BE JUST
once, or occasional, but A LIFE OF DELIVERANCE BY THE INDWELLING OF
GOD'S HOLY SPIRIT.
It is praise worthy. It is worthy of heart felt testimony. It is worthy
of total surrender. It is worthy of tears, thanksgiving, anointed
ministry.
God not only saves us to do that which is right and to refrain from doing that which is wrong, He transforms us and He enables us to do that which is real and true, that which is loving, that which is kind, that which is tenderhearted, that which is self denying, that which is spiritual, that which is Christlike.
