05/31/21 Matthew 5:8 NEW TESTAMENT TRUTH YOU SHOULD SAY OUT LOUD
(but expect some Christians to tell you that it does not mean what it says).
Matthew 5:8
8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
Yes, It is possible for God's children to be pure in heart.
It does not say that believers will simply be seen as pure in heart.
It does not say that believers will simply be counted as pure in heart.
It does not say that believers are only progressing toward being pure in heart.
It does not say that believers become pure in heart by their own works.
God purifies the heart of believers, through the blood of Christ, the Holy Bible, the Holy Spirit.
God purifies the heart of believers who totally trust Him and surrender to Him.
God purifies believers from all sin.
Only those believers who experience God's work of heart purity will see God.
Go ahead, say it out loud.
BLESSED ARE THE PURE IN HEART, FOR THEY SHALL SEE GOD.
