NEW TESTAMENT TRUTH YOU SHOULD SAY OUT LOUD
(but expect some Christians to tell you that it does not mean what it says).

Matthew 5:14-16
14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Being loved by God, and being conformed to the image of Jesus, the Son of God, and being filled with the Holy Spirit of God, Christians are the light of the world, along with Jesus. 

Christians are directed to let their God given light shine. God gives, we choose.

Christians allow their light to shine so that others will see their GOOD WORKS and glorify our heavenly Father.

Christians DO GOOD WORKS.

Christians do good works, which GLORIFY GOD.

This is normal for God's children.
It is natural for the supernatural children of God.

Go ahead, say it out loud.
WITH CHRIST, I AM THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD, ALLOWING MY LIGHT TO SHINE, SHOWING MY GOOD WORKS AND GLORIFYING MY HEAVENLY FATHER.
