08/07/21 GIVE ME THAT MOUNTAIN

08/07/21 GIVE ME THAT MOUNTAIN

Martha and I were ecstatic that God provided us a home last year. However, we did not have a place that made it possible for us to have big family gatherings or a place to enjoy fun activities with the grandchildren and friends, or a convenient place to entertain folks for Bible study, live music fellowships, neighborhood gatherings and Christian get together times.

Without me trying to raise this kind of interest, God put it on someone else's heart. This facility is a gift from God. My whole life is dedicated to Christ and His ministry. My home has always been a place of Christian activity. In these advanced years, God is providing even more opportunity to serve Him

I have dreamed dreams beyond possibility;
Then God gave me even more than my dreams;
Then God enlarged my borders and expanded my dreams. After God gives me new vision He spurs me on to more and greater dreams.
As Caleb said when 80 years old, "Give me this mountain."

When folks encounter a new blessing from God in their lives they peel back the cover and either say, "Oh, no," or, "Oh me," or "Oh well," or Oh WOW, Look what God has done." Those who see and appreciate the gift of God then see even greater possibilities in the road ahead.

Some folks reject God's blessing choose to see troubles and trials under every new layer of life.

Remember too, our the blessings that we receive are usually to be shared with others. Don't cut yourself or others short.
