03/22/21 A CALL TO SPIRITUAL BATTLE

Bullets in the chamber, Ballots in the trash,
Bibles on the mantel, Are useless in a clash.

This is NOT a call to physical violence.
This is NOT an endorsement of carnal weapons.

Our hope is not in the arm of flesh or earthly warfare but in the power of God, revealed in Scripture and released by faith.

This is to point out the futility of any instrument, tool, object if it is not used for its intended purpose.

The problem is not that the Bible is a weak or useless book, the problem is that Christian fail to put their faith in God and His word.

The purpose of the Bible is not to decorate the mantel, but to engage the enemy of God; to light the pathway, feed the soul, purify the heart and life of believers.

The power and purpose of the word of God is able to bring down strongholds and defeat enemies in high places.

Sadly, people treat the most powerful weapon in the world as if it is an ornament or book of myths, legends, outmoded religious relic.
