03/12/21 BEFORE OZ (the real story)...

The Straw Man wanted a brain, the Tin Man wanted a heart and the Lion wanted courage. The rest of the story is make believe.

Actually what really happened is that these three characters were captured by the Evil Witch of the Bay and thrown into a trash compactor. Eventually, after several decades of deconstruction and reconstruction a new creature came forth to represent the mindless, heartless, cowardly masses. This new rendition did not have a brain or a heart or any real courage, but he was easily programmable and fairly easy to control. However, there were inherent flaws in his hardware requiring his programmers to uninstall him and provide a replacement "upgrade" in the future. The "upgrade" is also a creature from "the Bay" area.

It appears that the Evil Witch of the Bay was hoping to install a different figure head leader (who had also been developed near The Bay area). However, a virus from a large (VERY LARGE) country in the FAR EAST (not to be confused with Down East, which is located between Bette and Cedar Island) infected the promising new puppet and he had to be set aside for a future time.

If we lived in the world of MAKE BELIEVE or even in the MAKE BELIEVE WORLD OF MAKE BELIEVE we would have no hope.
However, we live in the real world where the real Creator God is also the Redeemer God and He is the Returning King who will destroy all of our enemies and establish His Kingdom and His Royal Reign forever and ever.
Even so, come Lord Jesus.
