09/21/27 BIBLICAL LEADERSHIP IN A CHANGING SOCIETY
Every parent, every parishioner, every church should be equipping their young people for a life of service, either for pastoral leadership or faithful lay ministry.
Churches need to be equipping young men for pastoral work and service, through discipleship, mentoring, studies, opportunities.
Young men need to heard and heed God's call.
They need to get serious.
They need to commit themselves to a life dedicated service,
starting with submission to and pursuing Biblical, spiritual, ministry
training.
Finding men for strong Biblical leadership roles in the future is going to be nearly impossible. The ministry training institutions are failing to produce the caliber of pastors needed in our changing society. Many of the revered schools have abandoned strong Biblical, doctrinal, personal, practical instruction. The message does not change, but the methods do and political, social, economic conditions are changing. Yesterday's Philadelphian mindset is not equipped for today's Laodicean order.
