01/26/21 SPIRITUAL WARFARE

01/26/21 SPIRITUAL WARFARE

My articles addressing political and social issues are intended to warn and inform folks about spiritual attacks (war being waged by the devil and demons against Divine rule) in high places (in the heavens, and on the earth), thus the need for us to put on the whole armor of God. * see passage below.

Spiritual warfare includes the mind, since our enemy wants to deceive us. Dark warfare is subtle, but it is becoming more bold and more open. However, the enemy has hardened hearts and darkened minds to such an extent that he hides in plain view. God gave us His Son, Holy Spirit, the Holy Bible to warn and inform. God also gave us born again, Spirit filled, love driven, Bible believing, called and gifted pastors & preachers & teachers (God's soldiers, ambassadors, shepherds, overseers), as well as the Church (the pillar and support of the truth). ** see passage below.

Ephesians 6:10-20

10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
19 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,
20 For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

**
1 Timothy 3:14-16

14 These things write I unto thee, hoping to come unto thee shortly:
15 But if I tarry long, that thou may know how thou ought to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.
16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
