02/21/21 COME OUT OF THE DARKNESS INTO HIS MARVELOUS LIGHT

What a disturbing and powerful thought in Matthew 6:23 ...If the light that is in you is darkness, how dark must your darkness be! Consider this, then remember what the Bible says about the Christian and light.

Matthew 4:16
16 The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up.

Matthew 5:14-16
14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it gives light unto all that are in the house.
16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

John 8:12
12 Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

John 12:46
46 I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believes on me should not abide in darkness.

Acts 26:18
18 To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

Colossians 1:9-13
